All periodical maintenance of the vehicles during the rental period will be carried out by the Tenant in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer in the user manual for the vehicle and in a way that will not invalidate the warranties of the manufacturer, before the authorized services that Carexpo has contracted for each vehicle. The costs of periodic maintenance and repairs, replacement of parts if necessary, and related labor charges will be covered by Carexpo. The tenant will be able to receive services in return for these maintenances made from the contracted services in accordance with the agreements made by Carexpo.

The parts that the manufacturer foresees to be changed during the maintenance periods are replaced within the scope of rental maintenance.

If the tires of the vehicles are used for the number of kilometers specified in the rental agreement, the tires will be replaced, and the costs of new tires and tire replacement will be covered by Carexpo. Carexpo informs you about the process of providing Winter tires for rentals of 6 months or more.

First of all, the following conditions should be examined, if these conditions are fulfilled and if the drivers have agreed on the way the accident occurred, a traffic accident report with material damage should be prepared.

1. The accident must be an accident involving more than one vehicle. This does not include the cases where another vehicle, which we describe as a one-sided accident, is not involved or when it is not known by whom the vehicle was hit while parked.

2. The accident must be an accident with only material damage. In case of an accident with death and/or injury, the police or gendarmerie must be called.

3. The parties involved in the accident must have Compulsory Financial Liability Insurance (Traffic Insurance).

4. The parties involved in the accident must have sufficient driver’s license for the vehicle they drive.

5. Drivers should not be suspected of alcohol or mental health.

6. Any of the vehicles involved in the accident must not belong to the public and public property must not be damaged.

In the sections 1 and 2 of the form, the date and time of the accident and the place where the accident occurred should be written as detailed as possible. If there are eye-witnesses about the incident and if they accept, the information of those people should be written in section 3 of the form. If this space is not sufficient, witness statements can be made using a white sheet. Driver information, vehicle information, traffic insurance policy information will be written for both vehicles in the fields 4 – 5 – 6. (It must be filled in completely. Otherwise, the report may be invalid.) In field 7, the places where both vehicles were hit must be marked with ( → ). In field 8, the appropriate boxes should be marked with an x ​​for both vehicles. A sketch of the place and time of the collision must be drawn in the field number 9. The direction of the vehicle, road lines, vehicles (A) and (B), street and road names, intersections, if any, and traffic signs should all be specified. It should be noted: With these minutes, registration will be made in the Traffic Insurance Information Center (TRAMER) systems and the rate of defect in the accident will be indicated by matching with one of the accident types determined there. In the field number 10, drivers will write their opinions. If this field is insufficient, a white paper can be used. (It must be filled in completely. Otherwise, the report may be invalid.) Section 11 is the section that every driver must sign, and in case of lack of signature, the document will be deemed invalid. (Every driver must have wet signatures on each copy.)

After the accident, care should be taken to take photos in order to determine the condition of the vehicles. You can use your mobile phone for this.

In cases where the other party or parties cannot agree on the way the accident occurred, you can call the police or gendarmerie as your legal right.

Along with this report, photocopies of driver’s license, license and traffic insurance policies or a photograph must be taken from the other party.

You must get the license plate of the vehicle and request assistance by calling the traffic teams.

Our Drivee call center, which provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of whether the vehicle is running or not due to a breakdown or accident anywhere within the borders of Turkey, does all the necessary work to direct the vehicle to the nearest repair service.

The agreed form will have the characteristics of a form filled in by the traffic police, and then the objection will be invalid. For this reason, you should fill out the form without haste, accurately and completely, and have it signed by all those involved in the accident.

After completing the actions in the event of an accident, you should call 444 20 57 of Carexpo Customer Services and give information and request service orientation. Your vehicle will be repaired by directing you to the nearest contracted damage service in your area.

The forms will be evaluated as soon as possible. This period is limited by law. For this reason, you must deliver the minutes to the repair service or our company by the end of the next working hour at the latest.

In cases such as accidents or breakdowns of the rented vehicles, if the repair period of the vehicles exceeds the period specified in the contract, a substitute vehicle, whose qualifications are determined by Carexpo, is allocated to the lessee. Therefore, the rental fee will continue to be paid.

In case of accidents that occur while parked, the situation should be explained by applying to the nearest police station in the city and to the gendarmerie station outside the city without moving the vehicle from its place, and an application should be made to keep the ‘Expression and Eyewitness Detection Report’. Carexpo Customer Services should be called for service orientation after the procedures related to the report are completed.

Since the glass damages are covered by the insurance coverage, the glass damages are repaired in our contracted services and you are not charged any additional fees.

Such damages are covered by traffic insurance, provided that a memorandum is kept. In case the traffic insurance coverage is exceeded, the excess is covered from the motor insurance coverage.

All companies can rent operational vehicles in line with their needs.

You can rent a term of your choice up to 12 months.

Vehicles rented by the lessee cannot be rented to third parties under any circumstances.

The delivery process is initiated by Carexpo when the license plates of the leased vehicles are sent to the Tenant with the contract annex indicating the delivery and return dates, and the original of the contract annex, stamped and signed by the Tenant, is delivered to Carexpo. The lessee can receive his vehicle under the control of the Carexpo operations specialist.

Fuel expense is not included in the rental price.

Rental payments can be made through the relevant bank accounts and online payment specified in the contract.

If any deficiencies are detected on the delivery form during delivery, this is Carexpo’s responsibility. However, if a document is lost by you, the responsibility will belong to your company.

You can submit your request for assistance by calling Carexpo Customer Services at 444 20 57. As soon as possible, a power of attorney will be prepared for you and you will be able to remove the vehicle from the place where it is attached.

Traffic insurance, taxes and fees (including vehicle stamps) are paid by Carexpo. The exhaust emission stamp is taken by the lessee, but the cost is covered by Carexpo.

Exhaust emission measurement and inspection procedures for the vehicles will be carried out by the Tenant, and their fees and expenses will be covered by Carexpo. For vehicles whose inspection time is due, Carexpo Customer Services should be contacted and detailed information should be obtained.

All reflection invoices and damages, excluding rental invoices, must be paid in cash and in full within 3 days of Carexpo’s first written request.

The lessee is obliged to pay all of the traffic fines in question during the rental period of the relevant vehicles, including the ones that Carexpo may be held responsible as the owner, within the legal period. In case the traffic fine payment is made by Carexpo, the Tenant shall pay the fine, if any, to Carexpo, together with all defaults and interests, within 3 (three) days following the relevant payment notification of Carexpo.

No additional non-original devices can be fitted to vehicles. The original equipment approved by the authorized service can only be fitted to the vehicle at the contracted authorized service, with the prior written permission of Carexpo.

The traffic kit, fire extinguisher and chain equipment provided to you with the vehicle and all the equipment belonging to the vehicle (user manual, etc.) must be delivered to the specified place with the vehicle. During the delivery, necessary examinations are made on the vehicle and the delivery report is signed and the vehicles are delivered. In addition, text, shape, logo, etc., if any, on the vehicle. During the return of the vehicles, they must be dismantled and the vehicles must be delivered in a clean condition. The loss of value caused by the additions and dismantling works made on the vehicle is requested from the lessee.

In case the transaction exceeds the period specified in the contract, the replacement vehicle will be delivered 48 hours later.

Carexpo officials will be sharing the delivery information (dealer, address, process, etc.) with your company representative. The name, surname, phone number and e-mail information of the person who will receive the vehicle must have reached us in writing.
